At For Her NYC, we’re committed to making sure your order arrives quickly and smoothly.
Shipping Charges and Times
- Standard Shipping: Free on orders $99 and above. For orders under $99, rates are calculated at checkout. Processing time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri), with delivery in 4–6 business days.
- Expedited Shipping (USPS/UPS): Rates shown at checkout. Processing time: 1 business day (Mon–Fri), with delivery in about 2 business days.
We do our best to ensure orders are delivered within the estimated time. If a delay occurs, we’ll notify you right away.
Shipping Methods
We primarily ship through USPS and UPS. Orders are prepared at our facility before being handed to the carrier.
Order Tracking
If your order includes a tracking number, we’ll update your account with the details. Please note that some USPS First Class shipments may not include tracking.
Backorders
If an item is on backorder, we’ll ship the in-stock items first. The remaining items will be shipped as soon as they become available. Please reach out if you have questions about shipping and handling for backorders.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
