For Her NYC Return & Exchange Policy

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, Items must be in their original, unused condition with the For Her NYC ID tag fully attached and intact. Items with removed or tampered tags cannot be accepted. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@forhernyc.com. We will assign you a Return Authorization Number and provide you with a Return Authorization Form to include in your package. Returns sent without requesting authorization first will not be accepted.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not provide a return shipping label.

Return Exceptions

  • Merchandise that has been worn, used, washed, or altered cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items without the original For Her NYC ID tag cannot be returned.
  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • We do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or custom/personalized items.

Restocking Fee

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at info@forhernyc.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Exchanges

  • If your item is in like-new condition with the ID tag still attached, you may exchange it for a different size or color.
  • No restocking fee will apply to exchanges, but return shipping is still the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. We’ll confirm whether your refund is approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

European Union Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification, under the EU cooling-off rule. The item must be in its original condition as stated above.
